We understand that life happens. However, as a small business, cancellations and no shows can really hurt us. When scheduling, a credit card is now required to hold your appointment. We require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled services or a no show will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue to book other services with our business. If you are 15 or more minutes late to your scheduled appointment you will be rescheduled and required to pay a 25% fee of the services reserved.
